Somerset Monochrome Group of photographers is open to anyone living or working in the Southwest with an interest in the art and craft of monochrome photography.
The group meetings held Nr Ilminster in Somerset include specialist live lectures featuring regional or national monochrome work not usually available locally. We typically hold meetings six times a year, bi-monthly on a Saturday morning.

Saturday 1st February 2025 - Mark Burley
Mark specialises in taking and making black and white fine art images of landscapes, portraits and street photography, being inspired and fascinated by the minutia of life, people and places. Using high resolution digital and film-based Nikon cameras with archival quality Giclée printing, Mark’s style has gently developed over the last twenty-five years.
